Karen has held a real estate license since 1987 and a Brokers license since 1989.

Throughout her career she has received a number of nationally recognized achievements.

Earning a GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) in 1992, CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) in 1993, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) in 1999 and the new E-Pro designation in 2002.

2006 President of MLS.

2008 President of the Elkhart County Board Of Realtors

I also have the honor of being selected as the Realtor Of The Year for 2008!

PERSONAL SIDE:

Karen is married to Lon and have 4 children,5 beautiful grandchildren, and a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier named Sydney. 

Karen is originally from Minnesota and still has family there so visits there frequently but has lived in Indiana since 1979. Being from the land of 10,000 lakes she loves to fish and spend time on the water when ever possible.
