Leslie Dashiell has successfully represented buyers and sellers in the Elkhart and South Bend communities since 1984.  Perennially a leader in sales volume and with a particular focus on luxury homes, Leslie is widely recognized as being at the top of the industry.  She has served on a variety of professional boards and holds the Accredited Buyers Representative designation. 

Prior to selling real estate Leslie earned a MPA ( Masters of Public Administration ) and held leadership positions in Washington, D.C. at both the International Cities Management Association and the Reagan-Bush '84 campaign serving as the National State Press Coordinator.    Since relocating to South Bend, Mrs. Dashiell has been involved in many charitable and political efforts and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Stanley Clark School and Memorial Hospital.
