Sam Dashiell, CCIM - Managing Partner

Sam has been involved in the real estate business since 1984. After attaining his broker's license in 1985, he was named president of B&F Realty, Inc. and partner in B&F Shultz, LLC, predecessor companies to today's Century 21 Landmark. Professional training in real estate investments led to the achievement of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, the most comprehensive and selective membership in the commercial real estate industry. Prior experience includes positions with a number of Washington DC area think tanks and political campaigns. Sam's education includes a degree in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government from American University.

Sam has served in a leadership capacity on various charitable and professional boards and is a past member of the National Advisory Board for Century 21's Commercial Investment Network. Currently his concentration is in industrial sales and site acquisition for national fast food franchises.
