When you choose to sell your home with CENTURY 21 Landmark Realty Group, you will love the attention we give to getting feedback from each and every showing on your home. You will always know what is going on and how the potential buyers felt about your home.
Not only do we call and ask the Showing Agent how their showing went, we also send them an email requesting that information. They simply click on a link and respond. Simultaneously you and your agent are notified of the showing information. At any time, your Listing Agent can also print you a list with all the showing dates and feedback as well - just ask.
This method ONLY works if we have a valid email address for you. If we don't have one, give it to your agent or call the office and we will keep it on file so you will get the showing results, too.
